For the first time, Careerminds has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the US, landing the company on the magazine’s annual Inc 5000 list.

Thanks to our amazing staff, clients, and participants, Careerminds has developed into one of the best, most cutting-edge outplacement providers in the country.

The Inc. 5000 list is an annual project by Inc. Magazine to reward America’s fastest growing private companies. This year, Careerminds ranked within the top 50 percent (2363) of the list, putting them alongside elite companies like Microsoft, Timberland, Vizio, Intuit, Chobani, Oracle, and Zappos.com.

“Since 1982, the Inc. 5000 list has honored the extraordinary journeys of the fastest-growing companies in America. It is the most prestigious honor for growing private businesses and business leaders,” Inc. reports.

“The fastest-growing private firms in America are creators. They create companies, they create value, and they create jobs – 619,631 of them over the last three years,” the publication said of last year’s winners.

When asked about how Careerminds made the list, Lee stated that it comes down to two things: innovation and putting people first.

“Outplacement can’t be static. Today’s workers are no longer ‘one-size-fits-all’ so we’re not surprised that we’re succeeding by providing a completely configurable system that is customized for every person who participates,” Lee said.
