For the first time, Careerminds has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the US, landing the company on the magazine’s annual Inc 5000 list.
Thanks to our amazing staff, clients, and participants, Careerminds has developed into one of the best, most cutting-edge outplacement providers in the country.
“We’re so excited to be part of the esteemed Inc. 5000 list,” says Careerminds Founder and CEO Raymond Lee.
“Careerminds continues to be a market leader in virtual outplacement solutions, particularly in a time when the national economy is experiencing tremendous growth. As the economy continues to improve, Careerminds drives forward with amazing growth.”
The Inc. 5000 list is an annual project by Inc. Magazine to reward America’s fastest growing private companies. This year, Careerminds ranked within the top 50 percent (2363) of the list, putting them alongside elite companies like Microsoft, Timberland, Vizio, Intuit, Chobani, Oracle, and Zappos.com.
“Since 1982, the Inc. 5000 list has honored the extraordinary journeys of the fastest-growing companies in America. It is the most prestigious honor for growing private businesses and business leaders,” Inc. reports.
“The fastest-growing private firms in America are creators. They create companies, they create value, and they create jobs – 619,631 of them over the last three years,” the publication said of last year’s winners.
When asked about how Careerminds made the list, Lee stated that it comes down to two things: innovation and putting people first.
“Outplacement can’t be static. Today’s workers are no longer ‘one-size-fits-all’ so we’re not surprised that we’re succeeding by providing a completely configurable system that is customized for every person who participates,” Lee said.
“Our clients care about their transitioning employees and they deserve solutions that are easy to purchase, implement and track.”
These innovative approaches to workforce planning, transitioning, and development have been at the forefront of our success. Each and every day we push the limits of what an outplacement provider can do for their clients.
“Careerminds has been innovators since the beginning by launching a robust career management software platform and recruiting a talented network of consultants who support outplacement, retirement, and career mobility programs,” said Jack Gavin, Chairman of their Board and former President of Right Management.
We at Careerminds pride ourselves on our growth, and we are honored to receive this recognition. It could not be made possible without the dedication of our employees and the loyalty of our clients.
