Announcement: Karen O’Boyle Joins Careerminds’ Board of Directors

Careerminds, a global leader in virtual outplacement services, today announced the appointment of Karen O’Boyle as an independent director to Careerminds’ Board of Directors. O’Boyle has an exceptional track record of accelerating growth in HR tech and professional services firms. She is known for speed, agility, and delivering results in high growth-focused companies. She is a highly skilled sales leader who excels at customer retention, expansion, and acquisition.

Currently, Karen is Chief Customer Success Officer at Volonte, an HR tech firm.  Previously, she held senior leadership roles in well-regarded HR tech, talent management and outplacement companies, including RiseSmart, LHH, DBM, and Right Management.

Karen holds an MS in Leadership from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.  She also holds an Executive MBA certificate from INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France.  She graduated from Smith College’s Global Management Program in Northampton, MA.
