Our leadership and career development program has three primary components. In the first component, every employee takes a leadership assessment. That leadership assessment identifies gaps in behavior competencies.
In the second part of that is they are assigned to a personal coach. Over the course of six months, that employee will meet monthly with their coach and work on those behavior competencies that are going to help them accelerate to their next level.
Finally, the program is completely virtual. Employees can log into the career management system whenever it’s convenient for them and they can schedule their monthly calls with their coach when it fits their schedule.
