Careerminds Group, Inc today announced the promotion of Lou Ann Kummerer to the position of Vice President of Participant Services, effective immediately. In this role, Lou Ann will continue to report to Raymond Lee, CEO.

Lou Ann joined the company in 2013 as a career consultant and was promoted to Director in 2016. Since then, she has been instrumental in scaling the career consulting and resume writer network to provide the very best coaching experience for participants who are going through career transition. In 2016, Lou Ann was instrumental in launching the Evergreen retirement lifestyle planning product which was designed as an alternative to outplacement for later stage career employees not looking for a corporate gig. This solution helps employees with planning for the social and emotional aspects of retirement.

About Lou Ann Kummerer

Lou Ann and Raymond met after she noticed they shared a vision of how virtual outplacement services should be delivered.  She has been positioned at the leading edge of service-delivery innovations since the mid-90s. Lou Ann pioneered 1-800 Coach in 1995 as a new way to provide high quality, cost efficient coaching services.

Lou Ann has successfully implemented and managed the delivery of virtual solutions in career transition, redeployment, leadership development, retirement lifestyle and career management. She has managed eDelivery teams that provided coaching to thousands of individuals nationwide; with hundreds of client organizations, in numerous industries.

Lou Ann’s prior background is in sales, management and training grounded in the pharmaceutical and consumer products industries. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and completed extensive graduate course work in counseling. She has a certificate in Career Development from the University of Washington and is a Board Certified Coach.
