Careerminds, a leading virtual outplacement firm, has announced a new leadership role that aligns with the company’s overall growth strategy. Tracy Grajewski, an experienced HR executive and consultant, has been hired as Vice President of Business Development to lead the Evergreen Retirement business.
Evergreen was introduced to the market in early 2017 after two years of piloting with existing clients. It became widely adopted by clients who wanted to offer a retirement transition option alongside career transition. The program also appeals to HR executives looking for a proactive way to help pre-retirees transition to the next journey of their lives, even if that involves contributing differently in their current company.
“With 40 million baby boomers set to retire in the next 5-10 years, Careerminds is optimistic in being positioned to help individuals prepare more holistically for retirement, and we’re excited to have Tracy lead the way,” says Raymond Lee, Founder and CEO of Careerminds. Mr. Lee noted that Tracy’s 25+ years of industry experience as an HR executive represents a perfect combination to lead the efforts of Evergreen.
“I’m delighted to lead this new product introduction and to be part of an entrepreneurial, technology-focused company. I’ve always been energized by building businesses that challenge the status quo and Careerminds is at a very exciting point in its lifecycle,” said Ms. Grajewski. “My two professional passions are talent and solutions driven through technology.”
“I’m incredibly excited about this program which empowers employees to determine their next steps to have a successful transition in all aspects of their life, including financial, social, and healthcare planning,” said Grajewski. Personal change can be difficult and there are few alternatives aimed at this stage of an individual’s career.
