Assessment: We conduct a DiSC workplace assessment and behavior competency assessment to identify behavioral gaps in core leadership areas to create a custom improvement plan for success.
Platform: Our eLearning platform helps leadership development participants continue their process by providing step-by-step lessons to build their professional brand, business knowledge, and future potential.
Coaching: Participants work one-on-one with their coach during video consulting sessions to build their career roadmap and develop important skills. Group coaching is also offered through regular webinars.
