Happy New Year from Careerminds

I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year and a successful 2015. Along with the New Year, Careerminds is celebrating 7 years in business and excellent growth. In 2014 we continued to spend considerable time, resources, and capital ensuring our participants have the very best career transition experience.
Here are just a few of Careerminds’ 2014 highlights….
Our corporate client list has grown 100% over the past two years, expanding our outplacement expertise to retail, healthcare, finance, aerospace, and manufacturing industries. Along with this expansion, we have added Career Consultants across the United States and Canada to ensure all participants receive personalized one-on-one coaching attention throughout the life of their program.
In 2014 we launched the Version 5 release of our outplacement program. This version included several new features such as:
- Job Cart Integration: allows users to store and organize jobs by stage with an auto application feature that saves participant time
- The Recruiting Center: matches recruiters to participants in a private community and gives them the ability to chat and interview on demand
We have evolved our overall strategy to focus on the growing millennial workforce. Companies are adopting technology that allow them to hire the best talent, no matter the location. As companies’ mindsets change to accommodate the influx of millennials to the workplace, Careerminds is adopting the same mentality by developing products that target this sector. It is an exciting time at Careerminds! Here is a look ahead at our plans for 2015.
We’re going global! Careerminds will be expanding to the United Kingdom and Australia in 2015 in order to grow our service area and to continue to meet the needs of our clients and participants.
We will also be launching Version 6 of our outplacement program in 2015. The new version will include two different platforms- talent redeployment and career enhancement. This version will also have a competency assessment center to conduct 360 reviews on participants’ core competencies, plus enhanced reporting metrics for engagement and placement.
