Date: August 23rd, 2016  2:00 pm EDT- 3:00 pm EDT

Millennials are now the largest generation in the U.S. workforce, so learning what they expect from their employer and their benefits is as important as ever. The common thought “new age” benefits like yoga memberships and office beer is the way to attract and retain their young employees. However, millennials are growing up and their values are changing, so what exactly are they looking for?download

In this program, our speakers will talk about common misconceptions about what millennials want from their employee benefits (hint: it’s not just about different benefits, but how they interact, enroll, and educate themselves). They will go over what they value, what makes them tick and how organizations can structure their offerings to appeal to this new generation.
