Careerminds Hires Tracy Grajewski to Lead Business Development for Evergreen Retirement Solutions
Careerminds, a leading virtual outplacement firm, has announced a new leadership role that aligns with the company’s overall growth strategy. Tracy Grajewski, an experienced HR executive and consultant, has been hired as Vice President of Business Development to lead the Evergreen Retirement business.
Evergreen was introduced to the market in early 2017 after two years of piloting with existing clients. It became widely adopted by clients who wanted to offer a retirement transition option alongside career transition. The program also appeals to HR executives looking for a proactive way to help pre-retirees transition to the next journey of their lives, even if that involves contributing differently in their current company.
“With 40 million baby boomers set to retire in the next 5-10 years, Careerminds is optimistic in being positioned to help individuals prepare more holistically for retirement, and we’re excited to have Tracy lead the way,” says Raymond Lee, Founder and CEO of Careerminds. Mr. Lee noted that Tracy’s 25+ years of industry experience as an HR executive represents a perfect combination to lead the efforts of Evergreen.

About Tracy Grajewski
Tracy began collaborating with Careerminds since choosing to reinvent her own career in 2015. Her contributions have included topical webinars, product development consultation, video testimonials and qualified references.
As a seasoned Human Resources executive and Talent Strategist, Tracy also led business development and executive search efforts at Boyden, a global executive search firm.
Prior to Executive search, Tracy’s professional experience spanned the Lifesciences/Healthcare industries as well as financial services. She has also consulted on hiring and leadership in the education and non-profit sectors. Her unique specialties are business development, executive talent management and acquisition, organizational change leadership, and executive coaching.
During her Human Resources career, Tracy served Highmark Health as a Senior Vice President and as the Vice President of Human Resources Operations where she led numerous efforts to recruit and hire senior executives for the business. Tracy also consulted to Highmark while a consultant with Mercer.
Prior to joining Highmark, Ms. Grajewski held various senior Human Resources positions at Merck & Company, Inc. where she was one of the principle architects of the strategic staffing function.
Tracy is an Alumni Trustee for Juniata College where she also serves on the Alumni Council and as a Class Fund Agent. She is also on the Board for Family Resources and SilkScreen Asian Film Festival in Pittsburgh.
Tracy holds an MBA in Transformational Leadership and Human Resources from Syracuse University and a BS in Marketing and Spanish from Juniata College.
